This listing is for 1 pack of wholesale pack off white ostrich confetti feathers ranging in size from 3 to 5 inches with wispy hair-like feathers coming out from the stiff quill in the center of the plume. There are approximately 300-500 feathers in this pack. 
 
Please note that NOT all of the small confetti feathers are perfect in this pack as they are packed by weight. Some steaming or airing is necessary to ensure the feathers are fully expanded since they have been confined in the package for storing.
 
These are small ostrich feathers used as confetti in weddings and performances. You can also use them in bouquets, carnival, floral arrangements, Halloween, headband making, fly tying, Mardi Gras, mask making, party decorations and doll costumes. 
 
We have these mini ostrich drabs available in a variety of colors for all of your projects. They are so pretty and fluffy. Some trimming and steaming of these feathers will come to its full potential as they have been confined in packaging.

    I've spent 2 years searching for small (2" - 3") white fluffy feathers for my craft business that have a natural look and feel about them, and have been greatly disappointed with the over-processed quality of samples from several suppliers, not to mention the over-inflated prices! These are the best - no question - and to be able to buy in bulk is brilliant. Even with shipping to the UK and import tax these fetch-up as my cheapest supply option.

    These feathers are super small! If you want bigger feathers like size 4 you will have to sort through them measuring. If you don't care about the size and are going to use them as a scattered decor they are perfect. Its a bulk order so there are sporadic ugly feathers. But overall the quality is good. I would Def. order from this company again too, very fast efficient service.
