This listing is for 1 complete Ringneck pheasant hen full pelt without wing and tail feathers. These are high quality Ringneck pelt that the feathers shines when you look at them. They have been cleaned and professionally preserved so they are ready to be used.
As you can see the picture there are different sizes of feathers ranging from 1 to 4 inches long. The whole patch measures approximately 12" long and about 10 inches wide.
Most of the feathers have brown, olive to golden tint with unique marking on them. This is an economic way if you want many different types of feather in larger quantity.
Each pelt is unique and rare. Many designers use them on their runway for sophisticated touch. You can also use them for fashion design, fly tying, costume design, special performances and training your hunting hound.

These pheasant pelts are gorgeous & I almost always sell out before the holidays. My customers buy them for fall & holiday mantle & table decorations.
The only issue that I have with these is the smell. I have to air them out for several days inside or outside if possible to get as much smell out of them as possible. I wish that you could suggest someway to remove the harsh smell. I'm sure it is linked to the tanning process but it is my only issue. Thank you.
