This listing is for 1/4 lb of round white turkey quill feathers. They are approximately 10-12 inches in length and 1-1/2 to 2 inches wide.There are approximately 50 white wing feathers in this bag of 1/4 lb. There will be half left and half right wing feathers in this pack but they might not be the exact amount as they are not pack by count. One side might be higher count than the other side.

Not all feathers are perfect as they are packed by weight and they will require some airing or steaming to make sure the feathers to spread out 100%. Garment steamer works well with white wing feathers that have been packed or squished. Some trimming on the tip of the feathers might also be needed depending on your preference. All feathers vary in shapes and sizes.

The width of these feathers make them an artist favorite for painting or drawing on. The stiffness of the turkey quill makes it a perfect feather for quill pens. They are also commonly used to make life size angel and cosplay wings. You can also use these feathers for crafting, headdress, fletching, costume and so much more.

This 1/4 lb bag of Turkey feathers contains about 50 pieces, which is enough to allow for the number of feathers that are quite bedraggled and chewed up. All of them seem to have the very tip ends cut off. None are truly rounded. For my purpose this will not matter, but I think you should know.

This has been the best deal I have found online. Fantastic strong feathers. I made old fashioned quill pens out of them so that my students could experience a touch of the past. They held the ink beautifully and the students had the best time! They rinsed well under water. Can't wait to use them again next year.

These feathers are beautiful and exactly as described! The bag I received had even amounts of right and left feathers and all were in perfect usable condition. The feathers are very sturdy and worked perfectly for my project.
