packaging needs to be better
Product is good, but packaging was not good. Feathers were placed in a box and the box was taped at the seam, but a lot of the feathers were caught at the seam and taped on. Very difficult to undo the feathers from the tape. Some of the feathers did rip. Delivery time good.
