Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Handling time usually takes around 1 business day on orders placed Monday thru Friday before 11:00am Pacific Standard Time. Handling time can be up to 3 business days, so please call us if you are in a hurry. The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped on the following week.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that expedited orders over $100 will require a signature.
USPS Mail Service
Free shipping - can take 2-10 business days and is not guaranteed. Note that bulk items are not elligible due to their large size.
USPS Flat shipping - can take 2-10 business days and is not guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail - can take 2-3 business days and is not guaranteed. This service you get more for your money with domestic service in 1, 2, or 3, business days based on where your package starts and where it's being sent.
USPS Priority Mail Express - can take 1-2 business days with a money-back guarantee.

Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) - 1-3 Business Days - service provides fast international shipping, competitive international shipping rates, and date-certain delivery with a money-back guarantee to more than 180 countries. International transportation and delivery provided by FedEx Express.
Priority Mail Express International - 3-5 Business Days - affordable and fast international delivery to more than 180 counties. Delivery time is NOT guaranteed.
Priority Mail International - 6-10 Business Days - reliable and affordable way to send mail and packages to more than 180 countries, but is NOT guaranteed.
First-class Mail International - The most affordable option for postcards, envelopes, and flats. Send anything up to 4 pounds (cannot exceed $400 in value) to more than 180 countries.
Please note that all FedEx express options will require a signature. Any refused or returned FedEx Shipments will be charged return shipping.
FedEx Ground home delivery - 1-5 Business Days - Delivery day based on distance to destination
FedEx Express Saver - 3 Business Days - you can expect to get your shipment delivered in just 3 business days
FedEx 2 Day - 2 Business Days - you can expect to get your delivery in 2 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight - 1 Business Day - you can expect your delivery next day before 8:00pm
FedEx Priority Overnight - 1 Business Day - you can expect your delivery next day before 10:30am
FedEx International Priority - 1-3 Business Days - Delivery time based on country
FedEx International Economy - 2-5 Business Days - Delivery time based on country
FedEx International Ground - 3-7 Business Days - Delivery to Canada and Puerto Rico
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please promptly notify us of any errors with your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Customer is responsible for returning the product they wish to return. We do not provide return label.
Returns for any other reason than defect will be subject to 10% restocking fee.
Bulk feather returns will incur a 50% return fee. This includes ostrich feathers in bulk.
Final assessment of the quality and quantity of goods returned shall be at the sole discretion of Moonlight Feather, Inc.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
We do not accept returns on custom dyed feathers or custom orders.
Cancellation of order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
