This listing is for 4 pieces of naturally molted green Amazon parrot wing feathers. They are small bird so the wing feathers range from 3-5 inches long. You will find the feathers to be vivid bright green with some grey on them. These feathers are hard to come by because they are naturally molted.
These are medium-size parrots native to the New World ranging from South America to Mexico and the Caribbean. Most Amazon parrots are predominantly green, with accenting colors that depend on the species and can be quite vivid. You can use them for all crafting purposes. They are very popular in making them into earrings and headdresses. Other uses include fly tying, accessories making and so much more.
All these feathers are from rescued birds. The birds are happily housed together in a large flight cage, so feathers get played with and chewed on as well! worth the wait
It took much longer than projected; however, the feathers are good. Not as many large feathers sent as I would have expected. I would give them 5 stars if they would have sent all large listed feathers and expedite sending. Not good to send one large and three small feathers for repeat business.
