Feathers are handpicked and in good shape but there might be minor imperfection due to the nature of feathers. They will need to breathe when they come out of the package. You can simply air them inside the house or steam them with a garment steamer.

When I did a search for these feathers it showed 20 pieces for a certain price when I clicked on that and went to the website they were only 10 for the same price. I ordered two sets of them because I needed them but it cost me twice as much as I thought it was going to. The feathers themselves are beautiful.
These are beautiful feathers, but they are really too small for my project. I thought they would be at least 2-3" long, but some of them were barely 1" . At this point I do not know what I will do with them.
the feathers are top notch quality
I love these feathers, but the packaging could use a little work. Several of the fathers in the 20 pieces arrived with bent, crooked stems right at the tips where the iridescent colouring starts. I hope to be able to straighten these out b/c they are lovely feathers with beautiful colour and texture.
