Feathers vary widely in shape and sizes. These half bronze schlappen rooster feathers are approximately 4-6 inches in length sewn together. 

This style is dyed over black half bronze rooster schlappen feathers, which gives an iridescent green to black shine where the dyed color does not show through. Most of the color comes out on the base of the feathers. This is a thickly strung material providing many feathers in a small section.
