This listing is for 1 pack of small size off white ostrich confetti feathers ranging in size from 3 to 5 inches with wispy hair-like feathers coming out from the stiff quill in the center of the plume. There are approximately 30-50 feathers in this pack.
Please note that NOT all of the small confetti feathers are perfect in this pack as they are packed by weight. Some steaming or airing is necessary to ensure the feathers are fully expanded since they have been confined in the package for storing.
