This listing is for 6 pieces of brown imitation eagle turkey quills wing feathers and are approximately 10-12 inches in length and 1-1/2 to 2 inches wide. There will be half left and half right wing feathers in this pack.
This style of turkey wing feather is dipped in brown dye with a round trimmed tip. This is a very unique feather, so similar to eagle feathers. We must repeat ourselves that these are imitation that is definitely a must have for Native American like crafts such as dream catchers and headdresses.
Not all feathers are perfect as they technically used by the bird and they will require some airing or steaming to make sure the feathers to spread out 100%. Garment steamer works well with feathers that has been packed or squished. Some trimming on the tip of the feathers might also be needed depending on your preference. All feathers vary in shapes and sizes.
The width of these feathers makes them an artist favorite for painting or drawing on. The stiffness of the quill makes it a perfect feather for quill pens. They are also commonly used to make life size angel and cosplay wings. You can also use these feathers for crafting, headdress, fletching, costume and so much more.
