These snow white ostrich feather trims are stitched and available by the yard. They are perfect for weddings, for dresses and other crafting purposes. There are approximately 1000 feathers in this yard and feathers are approximately 4-5" in height.

This ostrich feather fringe trim is listed as a two ply by the manufacturer. It is about 50% denser than standard one ply. The height of this feathers are about 4 to 5 inches long and attached to a matching color trim.

These bulk feathers are best used where a flat application is desired. They are often layered for added fullness. Excellent for use in millinery, costume, wedding decoration, dressmaking and other applications and designs. Feathers are clean and sanitized, ready to be used.

Moonlight was the only outfit that responded to my question as to color fastness (thanks Joey Quan)which is quite necessary in tying fresh and saltwater flies. I ordered a yard of the snow white as a "test". The material showed up fast and is perfect...uniform in size yielding a solid yard of useable feathers. Better product and less expensive than the "by the feather" offering of fly tying shops. Moonlight is my feather vendor going forward.
